Summer Mixed Berry Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt (Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt)
Opt for brands with no added sugar like Cocoyo or Cocojune
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 medium banana
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
Sprinkle of chia seeds
Instructions:
In a bowl, add 1 cup of yogurt.
Top the yogurt with the mixed berries, banana, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds.
Enjoy immediately!
