Summer Mixed Berry Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt)

    • Opt for brands with no added sugar like Cocoyo or Cocojune

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds

  • Sprinkle of chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add 1 cup of yogurt.

  2. Top the yogurt with the mixed berries, banana, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds.

  3. Enjoy immediately!
